Welcome to Stina, a scratch kitchen offering Greek-leaning Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Chef Bobby Saritsoglou.
Family-owned, Stina opened in 2019, as a scratch kitchen; every dish, dip, pita, and pasta is made in-house. Stina offers dining room seating, delivery, and takeout options, with notable dishes like taverna-style Pikilia (takeout/delivery only), pides, slow-cooked octopus, Manti lamb dumplings, chicken shawarma, Moroccan-style kebabs, and Spanakopita.
The restaurant’s interior features a curation of vintage finds collected over the years by Chef Bobby’s wife, and restaurant namesake, Christina, a local philanthropist and community organizer. Each month, Stina donates a portion of monthly sales to local non-profit organizations.
